Ecker's is great. I ordered a mixed bouquet for same-day delivery; they emailed me to ask if I wanted to wait for gerberas (standard in that bouquet) to arrive the next day, or if I wanted to go with other flowers. After delivering the flowers, they followed up with the recipient because they felt some flowers weren't up to their standards, and they offered replacements. I've ordered from them many times and the recipients have always been pleased. Excellent personal service! (Read more)
