• Mom had been admiring the orchids at Ecker's...when I placed an order for cut flowers for her, they contacted her and offered to substitute an orchid. She is so pleased! Many buds, and it will last longer than cut flowers. Thanks for making the extra effort!

• The flowers were lovely...delivery exceptional despite my last minute decision to send on Christmas Eve. The price was very reasonable and I will be using your service again. I also liked the fact that a local florist was able to deliver. Thank you.

• Ecker's is great. I ordered a mixed bouquet for same-day delivery; they emailed me to ask if I wanted to wait for gerberas (standard in that bouquet) to arrive the next day, or if I wanted to go with other flowers. After delivering the flowers, they followed up with the recipient because they felt some flowers weren't up to their standards, and they offered replacements. I've ordered from them many times and the recipients have always been pleased. Excellent personal service!
