• After an initial mistake with my order which meant that my order was not delivered, things were rectified speedily today and the recipient is happy with her flowers. Thanks.

• A photo of the flowers was sent by the recipient. The flowers were good quality and beautifully arranged. There were some large flat green leaves which had very obvious whitish grey water/dust marks on them and I feel that these could have been wiped with leafshine for a better appearance.

• I had a phone call from my friend who I ordered the flowers for and she said they were lovely, I can only say it was easy to order from you and the delivery was as I requested and the florist e-mailed me to say the flowers had been delivered, very impressed. Thank you.
