I wanted to specify the flowers be delivered by 11.30 am but was only able to say am or pm. I said am but the person they were being sent to left the house at 12.30 and the flowers had not arrived. That's the reason for the 4stars the flowers were beautiful.

They did a fantastic job with the flowers and delivery was quicker than I expected. The flowers were for a friend who had just lost her father. I wanted tasteful but not too somber. My friend is part of an email group and we use sunflowers as our sybol. I wished my friend sunflowers and hugs from us all and the florist took her cue from my card greeting and included sunflowers, which was jsut wonderful and also just what my friend needed. The arrangement was for our son and daughter-in-law's tenth wedding anniversary, and we ordered a "surprise" bouquet. Indeed, it was a wonderful surprise with a generous number of gorgeous flowers artfully arranged for the occasion. The whole experience was excellent. Ordering was easy - I placed it at approx 9.30pm and the flowers were with my Sister (who is 6,000 miles away in California) by 11am the next day which was a Saturday. I can only comment on the delivery fulfilment as I have yet to see the picture from USA of flowers. However, the delivery was made just before my family left for an 8 hour drive to a family funeral, and so touched them, they called me immediately. Thank you for a prompt delivery service.

Wow......... I sent flowers to my girl friend Chris who is in hosplital having a second major surgery and I was sadly unable to be with her. Chris was over the moon and telling of how she has had several visitors to her room, whom had come to look at the flowers ! The delivery was very fast at my request, as I wished them to arrive before the unscheduled surgery, my personal note to go to Chris with the flowers was hand written by the florest ( a very nice personal touch ). Flower Delivery USA are a credit to their industry. Thank you guys.

This was excellent service, really fast and great quality! I had forgotten the date and only remembered to order the flowers on the day I needed delivery, but the florist didn't let me down. A lovely arrangement of flowers was delivered promptly and the recipient was delighted. The design even had a little butterfly added as a finishing touch, which was not in the brief but was just perfect. Thank you! I definitely recommend this florist for quality of product and service, and for value.

Although i did not receiventhem myself, feedback from my fianc?? was very good. She is feeling down at work and they really cheered her up. I did use other seer ices in the past for flowers but being 6000 miles apart it is important to me that the flowers are perfect and she doesn't have to spend time complaint about them and getting new ones or being phoned at odd hours for delivery. Your service is great and even better that you call me to confirm and take the international calling charges. Your service is excellent! Thank you!

However im very impressed with direct2florist, the order was delivered and i did get reassurance at a time when i was let down by another flower company and charged twice by them and no flowers delivered. My friend showed me the bouquet on WebCam. It was wonderful, indeed. However I had SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED that it be delivered on Saturday but he got it Thursday. There was muddle about delivery day/time last occasion, also. I suspect there was some kind of "information-lag" between the online
