We are a 3rd generation, full service flower shop, featuring an open design room and 3,000 sq. ft. greenhouse. We deliver to: Waverly, Shell Rock, Denver, Janesville, Plainfield, Tripoli, Clarksville, Allison and Readlyn. Rural deliveries are limited during holidays. We are supplied with the finest fresh flowers and plants from top-notch wholesalers and guarantee our products and services!

About & History:

Ecker's Flowers and Greenhouses - a third generation family business - was purchased from the Wright family in 1945 by Robert and Winifred Ecker. Their son Ted and daughter-in-law Bobbi operated the business between 1959 and 1978. Today Ecker's is owned and operated by their daughter Cyndi Ecker and Lyman Campbell. Located in residential Waverly at 410 5th Street NW, you can find our store and greenhouse just four blocks north of the Kwik Star West on Bremer Avenue. Our spacious sales area and display cooler is merchandised and quality rated daily for the freshest cut flowers and designs by Ecker's trained professional staff. We feature an excellent display of long lasting, guaranteed fresh flower designs and individual cut flowers ready to go. Look for the standard fare of cut flowers as well as specialty and exotic. All of Ecker's products are guaranteed. We accept all major credit cards.

Ecker's did a beautiful job on my daughter's birthday arrangement. They were also very accommodating when I called them to tell them she may not be home for a good part of the day of delivery. They said they always call the recipient before making a delivery. That is great service! Thanks to Ecker's and I will be using them in the future for floral deliveries in Waverly, IA. Ecker's is great. I ordered a mixed bouquet for same-day delivery; they emailed me to ask if I wanted to wait for gerberas (standard in that bouquet) to arrive the next day, or if I wanted to go with other flowers. After delivering the flowers, they followed up with the recipient because they felt some flowers weren't up to their standards, and they offered replacements. I've ordered from them many times and the recipients have always been pleased. Excellent personal service!

My Mother went into hospital before the flowers could be delivered. The girl at Eckerd's was very helpful and said they would deliver there with no problem.
