I ordered these flowers in the UK for delivery in the USA with some trepidation, having had a bad experience doing similar with another company. My friend received this order on the correct day, at the correct address, with the correct message attached, and the arrangement, which she photographed for me to see, looks similar, though by no means identical, to the one in the catalogue. They didn't arrive in the morning, as I had requested, but that is my only, small, quibble. I shall be coming back here again.
